Dana Bakir is a search professional with over a decade of experience filling finance related roles. She is bilingual in English and Arabic and is based in Dubai, where she applies her deep experience in the business culture of the UAE.

Dana began her career in search in a mid-sized firm focused on banking and finance roles. She has continued to hone her craft through subsequent positions in larger multi-national talent firms. Throughout her career, her focus has remained on providing the best talent in banking and finance to her clients.

Dana holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Psychology from the American University of Beirut and an MSc in Organizational Psychiatry and Psychology from King's College London.
