Earlier in his career, he held senior consulting roles at international strategy firms and supported clients on growth, restructuring, and operational excellence initiatives—particularly in the retail and FMCG space.
He specializes in C-level and commercial leadership roles, often at the intersection of digital, performance improvement, and strategic change. Christian is known for combining analytical depth with a pragmatic, business-driven mindset.
He holds a CEMS Master in International Management and a business degree with distinction from a top-tier German university. He is fluent in German and English.
