Charles is a Managing Director and part of the Global Healthcare practice, focusing on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, life science tools and digital health. His passion is solving critical issues for healthcare and life science companies to improve patients' lives through disruptive and innovative science and technology.

His client base ranges from the Fortune 200 and Forbes 2000 life sciences corporations to well as pre-revenue VC-backed start-ups and PE-owned growth-stage investments.  

Clients engage him to find exceptional talent in sales and marketing, finance, industrial affairs, corporate development/M&A, for all stages of R&D, and for the boardroom in life sciences, and technology. Charles brings the cultural insights from his cosmopolitan upbringing across three continents, along with business acumen, to all his clients.

Charles was Vice President at a global boutique life sciences executive search firm. Previously he held the role of Director at CTPartners in their Global Technology & Life Sciences Practices. He was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Paris office, focusing on the medical device industry. His career began with Bernard Riquier Consulting Group, a recruiting firm specializing in serving information technology and telecommunications clients.

Charles holds an undergraduate degree from Boston’s Wheaton College and an MBA with honors from el Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. Charles is based in the Austin, TX office of ZRG, and maintains an office in Paris, France.
