Brad Wheeler is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice, helping organizations stabilize, transform, and scale complex IT environments.

Before joining ZRG, Brad served as a Managing Partner at Fortium Partners.

Brad is a global IT leader with experience across high tech, engineering, and consulting industries, supporting mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations. He has led large-scale IT transformations, global infrastructure strategies, and M&A initiatives, with a focus on turning underperforming technology environments into operational assets. As former President of Pacific Management Partners and a senior technology executive, Brad has delivered complex turnarounds and operational improvements across multi-continent organizations. Known for hands-on execution and disciplined delivery, he helps clients improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and accelerate performance.

Brad is based in Southern California and holds an MBA from UCLA and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
