Blake Burnett is a Managing Director, Interim Solutions and Project Consulting at ZRG. He brings a blend of finance leadership, transformation expertise, and interim talent solutions experience.. His career spans financial systems and transformation, FP&A, controllership, and consulting, giving him a practical understanding of how finance organizations drive business performance and navigate change.

Before joining ZRG, Blake held progressive finance roles with leading organizations, including Kellogg Company, where he supported Global Business Services on the Enterprise Performance team. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations across industries to improve financial operations, strengthen reporting and planning capabilities, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Blake also played a key role in the interim solutions space, joining Robert Half to help launch and grow its senior-level finance and accounting consulting practice in West Michigan. In doing so, he built a reputation as a trusted advisor, connecting organizations with high-impact finance, accounting, and transformation professionals who could quickly create momentum and solve complex business challenges.

At ZRG, Blake partners with clients to align exceptional finance, accounting, and transformation talent with critical business needs, helping organizations move faster, execute with confidence, and achieve lasting results.

Blake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Walsh College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
