Beverly Morgan is well known in the Human Capital industry and has over three decades of executive search experience, aligning herself with CEO’s, CHRO’s and board members to assess and identify the very best talent in the marketplace.

Through tenacity and dedication, Beverly establishes herself as a trusted advisor and business partner across the C-suite who have come to rely on her expertise. She has a talent for building senior management teams, along with the skill, experience, and passion for talent identification.

Her clients range from emerging, VC-backed start-ups, through to PE-owned growth-stage investments on to multi-billion-dollar market leaders. She is deeply embedded in the life sciences, health care and technology ecosystem. Beverly’s network is deep, her reputation stellar, and her success rate clear, having completed more than 500 searches globally.

Prior to joining ZRG, Beverly spent 20 years as the Human Capital Practice Leader for a boutique executive search firm.

She attended Northeastern University and is an active member of various HR leadership forums.

Beverly has completed three Boston Marathons and enjoys the many restaurants and beaches in her hometown of Marblehead Massachusetts.
