Ashley Kemp is a Managing Director within ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting division. Ashley is recognized for partnering with clients to drive critical change and transformation. Across her career, she has expanded her portfolio to support large global clients with strategic initiatives, as well as mid-market clients with interim solutions.

Most recently, Ashley served as Director, Interim Solutions at Conexus Search, which specializes in CFO, Information Technology, and human resource talent solutions. Previously, she served in roles of increasing responsibility at RGP, a global consulting firm with a focus on transformative change, ultimately being named Director of Client Development.

Earlier, she spent nine years in accounting and finance roles. She started her career at S.A.C. Capital, a large hedge fund based in Connecticut and New York with an estimated $16B in assets under management. She later relocated to Los Angeles to work at Entertainment Studios, a production company where she reported directly to the Controller and VP of Finance.

Ashley leverages her expertise to serve all industries in the Orange County market, helping clients to meet their interim and direct hire needs. While she maintains a primary focus on accounting and finance roles, she has successfully placed strategic Project Managers, partnered with SMEs to support various IT initiatives, and identified talent solutions for legal, treasury, HR, and supply chain functions.

She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Communications and currently resides in Irvine, California.

In her free time, Ashley loves to travel, dine out, and spend time at the beach.
