Alister Wellesley serves as the Managing Partner and Leader for the Middle East & North Africa region at ZRG.

Previously, Alister held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where he spearheaded the Technology, FinTech, and Cyber Security Executive Search Practice in the MENA region. Additionally, he contributed to the expansion of Korn Ferry's consulting services worldwide.

Before his tenure at Korn Ferry, Alister founded Digital Times Transformation (DTT), an advisory and human capital management firm providing board-level consultation in the digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, technology, and science sectors. With a passion for driving business solutions in an ever-evolving modern digital world, Alister poised DTT to be the forerunner in the comprehensive translation of risk management through consultation on strategic transformation and organizational development linked to vulnerability study.

Prior to founding DTT, Alister launched Morgan Howard, an executive search consultancy, where he served as Global Managing Partner. From inception, Alister positioned the organization for strategic growth. Within five years, he expanded the corporation internationally achieving a true global presence. Alister’s global team was composed of a 120-person workforce supplying international technology enablers with senior-level leadership talent.

His areas of expertise encompass Technology, FinTech, Digital, Telecoms, and Cyber Security across the board and executive roles such as CEO, CTO, CPO, CIO, CDO, CCO, CMO, CLO, and CHRO, both in the MENA region and globally.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Alister enjoys sports, wine collecting, traveling, and exploring culinary delights.
