Ali brings over 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory across the Middle East and North Africa. Known for his ability to attract world-class CxOs and Board members to transformative organizations, Ali partners closely with clients to solve their most complex leadership challenges in succession planning, nationalization, or driving diversity at the top.

Prior to joining ZRG, Ali held multiple roles at Heidrick & Struggles, where he led key functional practices in the region and executed senior-level searches across sovereign entities, financial institutions, family businesses, and multinationals. He also served as a Principal at Marlin Hawk, delivering disruptive, cross-sector leadership solutions.

Ali's dual fluency in Arabic and English, combined with his deep understanding of both regional and international business landscapes, enables him to bridge cultures and industries with precision. He is a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and government stakeholders alike and has a strong track record of building inclusive leadership teams that deliver long-term value.

Based in Dubai, Ali is also an active volunteer, passionate about educational access and leadership development. He holds a BEng in Medical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
