Adam Fischer is a Senior Advisor at HFA, a ZRG Company, with more than 30 years of experience leading executive search across technology and digital sectors.

Adam has played a key role in scaling HFA into a nationally recognized technology search firm, including leading its geographic expansion into Boston and Silicon Valley.

He specializes in board, CEO, and senior executive placements across digital media, enterprise software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and fintech. Adam has led more than 500 executive searches for clients ranging from emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 organizations. Known for his consultative and results-driven approach, he builds long-term partnerships with clients navigating growth and transformation. He also served for ten years on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Harford and is based in the Philadelphia office.
