Adam joined ZRG Partners in 2012 as Global Head of Life Sciences and European President. Prior to that, Adam was Head of the Life Science Practice for Ken Clark International, one of top life sciences global boutique firms.

Adam studied medicine and business. He was one of the pillars of two medical device companies that were both successfully acquired. He joined Pfizer Inc. in 1989 and assumed international roles for six years.

Adam is considered as an authority on the leadership requirements in the organizations that he partners with. His executive search experience partnerships include placing more the 300 Executives at organizations ranging in size from pre-IPO entities to global, top 10 Pharmaceutical companies.

Adam spends his time between Europe and the USA completing mainly global C-Suite searches both for European and US Companies; he has managed searches for CEOs, board members, executive committee members and top global positions in R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Market Access and Commercial, amongst others.
