With over seven years of experience in PE-focused recruitment, Aaron brings deep expertise in finance leadership appointments and a strong track record supporting value creation across the investment lifecycle.He began his career at Carter Schwartz, a healthcare boutique search firm, before transitioning to Bronzegate, where he specialized in CFO and Director-level finance roles. Most recently, Aaron led the Large Cap Interim Management offering at Finatal, advising Operating Partners and Executive teams on high-impact interim leadership across sectors.Known for his sector-agnostic approach and strong commercial acumen, Aaron partners closely with clients to deliver rapid, strategic interim solutions at the CFO and Director level, supporting transformations, transactions, and scaling efforts throughout Europe.
