Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President, Producing is a senior executive accountable for originating and shaping new business opportunities across experiential, branded content, and immersive activation markets. Serving as the initial point of engagement for prospective Brand clients, this role leads early-stage relationship development—identifying strategic opportunities, framing client needs, qualifying briefs, and positioning TAIT to win high-value work.

The SVP owns the front-end of the commercial lifecycle, ensuring opportunities are rigorously developed, strategically aligned, and seamlessly transitioned to the Brand Conductor (VP, Project Delivery) for execution and long-term account stewardship.

Beyond pipeline generation, the Senior Vice President, Producing is responsible for driving sustained commercial growth, elevating creative ambition, and ensuring operational rigor across TAIT’s Brand portfolio. This portfolio spans experiential marketing, immersive activations, festivals, hybrid brand storytelling, and large-scale corporate events. The role requires a balance of market-facing leadership, creative acuity, and disciplined execution to deliver differentiated client outcomes and scalable business performance.

This position requires exceptional commercial fluency, proven leadership of production teams, deep understanding of the experiential and brand landscape, and the ability to build a scalable, high-performing market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership & Market Strategy

  • Own revenue and margin targets for the Brand market, driving sustainable year-over-year growth through disciplined commercial strategy and proactive pipeline development.
  • Serve has the initial point of engagement for prospective clients, identifying strategic opportunities, qualifying briefs, and framing client needs across experiential, branded content, and immersive activation markets. Lead early-stage relationship development to position TAIT competitively for high-value work.
  • Own the front-end of the commercial lifecycle, ensuring opportunities are rigorously developed, strategically aligned, and seamlessly transitioned to the Brand Conductor (VP, Project Delivery) for execution and long-term account stewardship.
  • Lead Brand's go-to-market approach, encompassing pipeline development, market positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Oversee Business Development for Brand by ensuring consistent outbound activity, opportunity qualification, and effective handoff to Conductors.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging segments, and new verticals to broaden TAIT's Brand footprint and unlock future growth.

Producing Excellence & Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure the Brand producing function operates at world-class standards across creative, technical, and operational domains.
  • Guide Conductors in commercial structuring, scope strategy, delivery excellence, and risk mitigation, equipping them to lead accounts with confidence and precision.
  • Oversee delivery frameworks, forecasting practices, and margin governance across all Brand work.
  • Resolve portfolio-level challenges, resourcing gaps, or client escalation with clarity and sound executive judgment.

Client Leadership & External Influence

  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic Brand clients, championing long-term partnership development and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Represent the Brand market at industry events, conferences, and high-value client engagements, strengthening TAIT's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Provide insight on industry trends, agency shifts, client expectations, and competitive landscape to inform internal strategy

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Directly lead Brand Conductors (VP, Project Delivery), providing mentorship across commercial strategy, leadership presence, and producing maturity.
  • Manage Brand-focused Business Development Executives, ensuring disciplined outbound activity and a healthy, well-qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Build a team culture of bias for action, accountability, collaboration, and clear creative-commercial alignment within the Brand team.
  • Partner with Capabilities and Enablers to ensure the Brand portfolio is supported by the right staffing models, resources, and talent structure

Operational & Portfolio Optimization

  • Oversee project financial health across the Brand portfolio, ensuring forecast accuracy, margin protection, and scalable processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, resourcing models, staffing structures, and delivery frameworks.
  • Partner with Capabilities and Enablers to ensure integrated, efficient, and future-ready execution capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in business development, experiential marketing, brand experience, creative production, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, converting, and growing multi-million–dollar experiential opportunities.
  • Established network within agencies, brands, and experiential/production partners.
  • Demonstrated success leading commercial strategy and owning significant revenue portfolios.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale brand activations, immersive experiences, or integrated brand programs.
  • Deep understanding of the agency and brand ecosystem, including emerging trends in experiential and hybrid storytelling.
  • Experience leading senior teams, managing complex client relationships, and operating at executive levels with confidence.

  • Deep producer’s instinct—capable of evaluating creative, technical, and operational pathways with nuance.

  • Adept at navigating ambiguity with composure; able to lead teams through complex challenges with clarity.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market signals, portfolio data, and financial insights.
