With most of us working from home, we feel isolated. ( I work from home full time and still feel isolated during this time). There is no energy or mojo happening; leaders, managers, and coworkers are in survival mode, this makes it very difficult to keep the momentum going.

In these super trying times it is sometimes very difficult to move forward; In fact it is way easier to go backwards and see the worst in everything,
But we don’t need to buy into the all the hype that the world is ending.

This is a crazy time, there is no other way to describe it, but with adversity comes opportunity.
Fortunately, yes I said fortunately, I have been an executive search professional through 2 major downturns, 9/11 and the great recession; now it looks highly likely that I am entering my third. (perhaps I am bad luck and you don’t want to hang out with me)
