Throughout his career, Sieg has demonstrated a unique capacity for large-scale organizational transformation. At Moore Corporation, he served as President of Moore North America, where he orchestrated the landmark integration of 10 disparate divisions into a unified, $1.3 billion strategic entity. This massive consolidation redefined the company’s market position, providing comprehensive print and digital solutions to a global client base.
Sieg’s executive tenure includes serving as CEO of Block and Company and Icon Identity Solutions, as well as President of Bell Sports. His deep experience at Newell Rubbermaid Corporation included President of Anchor Hocking Plastics Packaging as well as executive leadership at two other Newell Divsions.
Private Equity & Governance Expertise
For 12 years, Sieg served as an Operating Partner at Arbor Investments, where he chaired and sat on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. In his capacity as CEO of Midland Packaging and Great Lakes Packaging, he directed the full lifecycle of investment value—from rigorous due diligence and acquisition evaluation to architecting strategic growth plans that maximized exit valuations.
His governance experience is further highlighted by his tenure on the Board of Directors of Jetform Corportion (NASDAQ), a pioneer in web-based workflow software. Sieg began his professional foundation at industry giants Motorola and Beatrice Corporation.
