She partnered with a $15B global insurance organization to design and deliver a six-month high-potential leadership development program in response to an impending leadership gap driven by retirements within the U.S. business. The initiative centered on a real, strategic business challenge and integrated executive mentoring, individual leadership assessments, targeted training, one-on-one coaching, and rigorous talent calibration to evaluate each participant’s readiness for future leadership roles.
