Dana Saunders brings three decades of experience rooted in psychology and neuroscience research to partner with organizations and leaders to unlock their full potential and embrace meaningful change. Dana works with professionals at all levels with a supportive yet challenging style that leads to a more authentic, confident and results-driven leader or team. Dana blends her clinical knowledge with her coaching and facilitation skills to develop leaders and organizations with a growth mindset that seek thought provoking input, a challenge to change and the desire to be recognized for positive impact and influence inside and outside of the company. She works with organizations to create a culture and mission that motivates employees. Dana has partnered with many business owners to determine strategic course to develop their business and life success. Her recognition in the local area has led to her working on boards for multi-million-dollar companies and local non-profit organizations, where she works on strategic planning and leadership development.
Dana has extensive corporate consulting and training experience with companies such as Bosch, Amoco, General Electric, Fluor, as well as many entrepreneurs. She also has years of experience helping national companies work through crisis management, critical-incident-debriefing and adjusting to culture change. Dana has been speaking in companies for the past 25 years to promote growth and care for employees on a wide array of topics. Dana brings a broad range of experience having worked in the Federal Prison System, as Director of Outpatient Services for United Hospital Services, and most recently over 25 years in private practice.
