As a founding service provider for executive search to the sports industry, Turnkey has evolved to serve the entirety of the live entertainment ecosystem, a leading search firm in professional sports, collegiate athletics, music and media across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, and the Middle East. Foundationally, Turnkey approaches search from the practitioner’s viewpoint, with a unique, personal understanding of the challenges of the roles we place, then fueled by a highly quantitative search delivery process that is unmatched in the industry.  Never wavering from our guiding principle, for nearly 30 years Turnkey has placed executives and built teams that have had lasting impact on their organizations and our industry. 
 
In 2020, the opportunity to join ZRG, with aligning principles and investment in driving rigorous, data-driven search delivery, furthered our ability to best serve our clients and our industry.  Now, after five successful years, Turnkey will even further integrate into the ZRG family, an evolution that not only reflects our shared values and vision but also underscoring the even deeper ways in which we can support our industry in building great teams.  With 360° talent advisory services and deeper cross-industry reach than ever before, we are even better equipped to support the outstanding talent in our industry.
