Chelsea brings a wealth of expertise and experience to ZRG, having previously founded Garrett Search Partners, a highly regarded boutique executive search firm.

At Garrett Search Partners, Chelsea maintained a focus on international clients across diverse industries, including Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Private Equity, and more. Her track record includes successful executive-level assignments across North America, Brazil, the UK, France, Germany, South Korea, and China.

Chelsea honed her craft at two top-15 international executive search firms headquartered in Chicago before building her own firm. Throughout her executive search career, she has focused on senior leadership roles—C-level, Vice President, and Director—for a broad range of small to large cap international organizations, including public, private, and PE-backed multinational firms. Notably, Chelsea previously served as a Board Member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR).
