ZRG’s Global Industrial Practice Adds Managing Director Daniel Filet

Rochelle Park, NJ, August 22, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm based in the US, grows with the addition of Managing Director Daniel Filet. Serving in the Amsterdam office, Daniel brings more than a decade of executive search experience to the firm. In addition to a background in the Technology sector, Daniel has successfully completed high-level search and talent advisory engagements for Industrial and Consumer clients.

Daniel’s placements have spanned Industrial equipment, products, and service suppliers, with pertinent expertise across agriculture, mobile equipment, building products and packaging, and robotics. He has also identified leadership talent in the areas of Infrastructure, Energy & Offshore, and Transportation & Logistics. Daniel brings functional expertise within the Supply Chain domain across different sectors (including FMCG) as well as around innovation, digitalization, and Internet of Things (IoT).

Prior to joining ZRG, Daniel served both Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry as a Partner and was a consultant for a fast-growing, Technology-focused boutique firm. He has completed search assignments across North America, Europe, and Asia for private equity clients as well as private and publicly owned companies.
