ZRG’s Consumer Practice Grows with Managing Director Melissa Oszustowicz

Rochelle Park, NJ, May 16, 2022 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm based in New Jersey, welcomes Melissa Oszustowicz as Managing Director. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Melissa has placed talent within Fortune 100 organizations and private equity companies, maintaining a focus on food, agribusiness, and sustainability. Melissa previously worked for ZRG from 2012 through 2018.

Previously, Melissa led the North American agribusiness and food practice for Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Executive Officer for an agricultural risk management company, where her clients include private and public companies as well as the United States Department of Agriculture. In addition, Melissa has served as the legal counsel for a large cacao and chocolate company and helped to develop a genetic repository located in Hawaii.

Having served in a variety of roles within agribusiness, Melissa understands the impact of technology on the sector both locally and on a global scale. Her network spans government, educational institutions, and the private sector.
