Tom is well known in the European Pharmaceuticals sector as his expertise further extends to the Drug Product, Drug Substance, and CDMO markets.

In his previous role as Global Practice Lead for a boutique search firm, Tom was pivotal in driving the exponential growth of a successful Life Science division over nearly a decade. His career has been marked by collaboration with a diverse range of clients, including publicly traded firms, private equity-backed organizations, and family-owned businesses. Tom has been privileged to consult on a multitude of leadership roles, showcasing his versatility in the field.
