ZRG Welcomes Ted Latham to Miami Office, Strengthening Consumer/Industrial Practice
Rochelle Park, NJ, July 23, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced that Eduardo “Ted” Latham will join the firm’s Global Consumer/Retail and Industrial practices as Managing Director. Based out of their Miami office, he will serve as ZRG’s primary liaison for clients with Latin American operations based in the United States.
Ted has placed Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Presidents, and other senior executives in the areas of general management, sales and marketing, and Human Resources. His regional leadership assignments for large multinational clients have covered much of Latin America, including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
Previously, Ted worked at PepsiCo, serving as Senior Human Resources Leader, Florida Region and Human Resources Manager, Texas Operations. In addition, he was elected member of PepsiCo’s South East Regional Diversity Advisory Board. Prior to these roles, Ted was a search consultant for The Allegis Group, the world’s largest privately owned staffing company, and Country Sales Director, Mexico Operations for The Xerox Corporation.
