Notably, Neil's expertise extends to executive search and human capital consulting, where he has garnered a reputation for identifying and placing top-tier talent on a global scale. Prior to his tenure at ZRG, Neil served as Managing Director of Howgate Sable, a distinguished boutique executive search firm with a 35-year legacy. Additionally, he contributed his expertise as an Associate for The Augusta Group, a prominent cybersecurity consulting firm catering to clients worldwide.
