Bringing with her an impressive three decades of experience, Kimberley is celebrated as a transformational leader, dedicated to fostering enterprise growth, enhancing talent engagement, and optimizing organizational performance.
Kimberley is renowned for her ability to guide the mission-critical change initiatives of organizations and business models, consistently delivering operational excellence and breakthrough results in ramp-up, turnaround, and high-growth environments. Her track record includes the delivery of best-in-class solutions to some of the world’s largest companies, empowering them to drive results and elevate revenues.

Prior to joining ZRG, Kimberley served as a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader at Korn Ferry, where she played an integral role in strategic client partnerships and organizational advancement. Her journey also includes over 12 impactful years at PwC, where she held the esteemed position of National Business Development Leader for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Sector.
Before her tenure at PwC, Kimberley founded McGraw Euston Associates, where she collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and C-Suite executives on career counseling, executive coaching, training, development, and executive recruiting.
Kimberley's diverse background extends to a significant role in global currency markets from 1993 to 2004, culminating in her management of the U.S. Investor Sales Team for Global Foreign Exchange at Bank of America. Her early career was marked by public service, where she contributed her expertise to the U.S. Department of State and later to the Vice President's National Security team at the White House.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberley is recognized as a devoted mother of three, acknowledged by Working Mother Magazine as one of their top working mothers of the year and featured in the award-winning documentary "Risk/Reward" about inspiring female professionals on Wall Street.
