ZRG Welcomes Joe Solari to Private Equity & Industrial Practices
Rochelle Park, NJ and Greenwich, CT, June 19, 2025- Rapidly expanding global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Joe Solari has joined their executive search team. Solari will primarily work on Private Equity and Industrial searches and will be based in Greenwich, CT.
An established veteran in both private capital and executive search, Solari brings over 20 years of experience to the ZRG team. His work focuses on building executive teams that drive growth and execute transactions. He also serves as Managing Member of Greenwich Private Investments, Senior Advisor to G*Ventures Management, and Advisory Board Member for the Chang Robotics Fund. His executive search expertise was honed at Focus Search Partners (now Highspring), Korn Ferry, and Patina Solutions. Previously, Joe held senior roles in lower middle market private capital, including Partner at Saugatuck Capital and Head of Business Development at Metropolitan Partners.
