ZRG Welcomes Christopher Langhoff to the Austin Office, Strengthening The Global Financial Officers Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, January 4, 2021 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced that Christopher Langhoff will join the firm’s Financial Officers Practice as Managing Director. Based out of the Austin office, Chris brings 30 years of experience as both a recruiter of CFOs and a practicing Chief Financial Officer for a Fortune 200 company. Utilizing his unique background, Chris will focus solely on the recruitment of CFOs and their direct reports.

Within his recruiting career, Chris has placed over 200 financial officers across a number of industries and business models. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and has significant experience recruiting CFOs for the portfolio companies of his private equity clients as well. Prior to joining ZRG, Chris founded The Financial Officer Practice, a boutique search firm dedicated exclusively to identifying and recruiting financial officers.

Chris’s career also includes tenures as CHRO for a real estate investment firm, a partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, and CFO for a private equity portfolio company. In addition, he spent over 15 years in finance with PepsiCo and Goldman Sachs, & Co.
