ZRG Welcomes Barry Wahlberg as Managing Director and Software Practice Leader
Rochelle Park, NJ, December 8, 2020 – ZRG, recently recognized as the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced today the addition of Managing Director Barry Wahlberg. A core member of the firm’s Private Equity team, Barry will serve as ZRG’s Software Practice Leader.
In his decade-plus of executive search experience, Barry has completed searches in all aspects of the technology marketplace, with a particular focus on both domestic and globally reaching private equity clients. He has placed Chief Executive Officers and Presidents, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and more. In addition, Barry has worked with a variety of organizations, including private equity, growth equity, public, and late-stage venture. His primary functional specialty is go-to-market.
Barry’s previous executive search work includes tenures at True Search, where he led C-suite searches for high-growth software companies, and Korn Ferry, where he focused on senior roles for sales, marketing, engineering, and product development. Earlier in his career, he held various sales roles for Alarm.com, a subsidiary of MicroStrategy, helping the company grow toward their IPO.
