Ann brings more than a decade of executive search experience, having most recently served as Senior Partner/Senior Vice President at a top ten executive search firm. Ann’s understanding of higher education and leadership, as well as her dedication to quality and lasting client service and engagement, have earned her many longstanding client relationships. Clients rely on her expert counsel and proficiency in identifying talented, diverse, and dedicated leaders, and she is especially reputed for advancing women and diverse candidates.
Ann is well-versed in every area of academic leadership and serves clients across multiple disciplines and leadership areas. She has completed more than 250 executive-level searches, including engagements for Presidents, Vice Presidents, Provosts, and Deans, and regularly serves boards, Presidents, and other senior-level leaders within institutions of higher education.
