Andre has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong track record of success across payor, provider, and life sciences sectors. Most recently, he was with RGP, where he worked with leading healthcare organizations on large-scale transformation initiatives. One of his most notable achievements was leading a multi-year, $8-10 million global Oracle integration project, ensuring seamless implementation and enterprise transformation for a major client.

In 2024, Andre achieved 120% of his quota, a milestone that required grit, resilience, and a deep commitment to client success. Over the years, he has built deep and meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues, creating a foundation of trust that extends beyond the workplace.
