Before joining ZRG, Britney served as the Managing Director of Business Development at a prominent firm renowned for supplying top tier accounting and finance professionals to clients in various industries. Over her impressive eleven-year tenure, she established longstanding relationships with senior executives and C-suite leaders in the Twin Cities area.

Britney is known for her integrity, strong critical thinking skills, and unwavering commitment to identifying strategic talent solutions.
