ZRG Partners Brazil Builds Financial Services and Real Estate Practice with Addition of Aline Larangeira

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 1, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced today the addition of Aline Larangeira to ZRG Partners Brazil. With over 20 years of experience, Aline is known for her successful assessment and recruitment of senior-level executives including CEOs, General Managers, and Executive Directors. Aline joins the Financial Services and Real Estate Practice and will work in São Paulo.

In her ZRG role, Aline will primarily serve the financial services and consulting and professional services sectors, focusing on Brazilian and international financial institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, consulting and professional services, and real estate companies. Aline will also lead search assignments across sectors for financial officer roles. Beyond talent acquisition, Aline boasts a successful track record in advisory solutions, including leadership assessment and board effectiveness.

Aline’s career prior to executive search included roles in strategic planning, operations, and marketing with both Whirlpool and ConnectMed, a local startup in São Paulo. She began her career in strategy consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
