ZRG Expands Human Capital Practice with Managing Director Victoria Goulet

Rochelle Park, NJ, January 23, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm which has seen tremendous growth in recent years, welcomes Victoria Goulet as Managing Director. Based in the New York City Metro Area, Victoria joins the firm’s Global Human Capital Practice. She brings 10 years of experience placing C-suite and executive-level Human Resources leaders in the areas of learning and development, total rewards, workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, and HR operations.

Victoria has worked with venture capital, early-stage, and top-tier organizations across her decade of executive search work, providing consulting support and identifying solutions for leadership gaps, transformations, and growth initiatives. Before joining ZRG, she served as Managing Director for Paul Bridges HR Executive Search, building her practice from square one and recruiting best-in-class executive talent across a variety of functions and industries.

Victoria employs a bespoke approach to her search process across business styles, industries, and organizational scale. She works alongside her clients to meet the needs unique to their often fast-moving, results-driven environments. While Victoria primarily works in the private equity space, her additional areas of expertise include professional services, life sciences, industrial, and SaaS (Software as a Service).
