ZRG Expands Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice with the Appointment of Yolanda Wilson as Senior Director, Sales Enablement
Zachary, LA – September 10, 2025 — ZRG, a global talent advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Yolanda Wilson as Senior Director of Sales Enablement for its Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting team.
Yolanda brings over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning sales, human resources (HR), business transformation, and operational leadership. Her appointment signals ZRG’s continued investment in scaling its healthcare solutions and delivering high-impact talent strategies to clients across the U.S.
She spent nearly a decade at RGP where she contributed across several functional areas. In her most recent role position, Yolanda played a key role in supporting the company’s healthcare team by developing marketing assets, creating synthesizing industry information, and leading operational initiatives. She also co-developed a regional shared operations model during her tenure, which was ultimately adopted at the national level. Prior to her consulting career, she held leadership positions in HR, where she built scalable infrastructures to support fast-growing teams and gained valuable experience in sales.

Yolanda holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.S. in Business Management from Grambling State University. She is an alum of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) and actively serves on the board of a faith-based nonprofit organization.
