ZRG Expands Board of Director Practice with Addition of Susan Wilson
Rochelle Park, NJ, June 13, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, welcomes Susan Wilson as Managing Director. She is based in Austin, Texas, recognized in recent years as a growing hub for Fortune 500 companies.
Susan brings more than a decade of board consulting experience, having identified Fortune 500 executive talent from a variety of industries to join some of America’s most esteemed boards. Her unique understanding of contemporary board dynamics enables Susan to build inclusive and effective boards on behalf of her clients. Her particular areas of expertise include consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and technology.
Susan first worked in board consulting at JamesDruryPartners, rising from Partner to Senior Partner and finally to Managing Director. She began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG before joining Target Corporation to serve the supply chain, merchandising, and finance functions. She earned her BA in Accounting at the Wisconsin School of Business and her MBA at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
