Strategic Consulting and Banking Expert David Dell’Aquila Joins ZRG as Managing Director 

Rochelle Park, NJ, July 29, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, welcomes David Dell’Aquila as Managing Director. David, a search professional with 20 years of strategic consulting and banking experience, will strengthen the firm’s Private Equity and Private Credit Practice.

Having worked with investment banking, asset management, private equity, and private credit clients both side-by-side and as a consultant, David brings a unique perspective to ZRG. Across his two decades of search experience, he has recruited CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs as well as investment teams and Operating Partners. He has also helped top-tier strategy and management consulting firms build out teams and practice areas.

David previously served as a Principal in the Global Private Markets Practice at Korn Ferry. Prior to entering executive search, he spent 15 years in strategy consulting, working with both management teams and their portfolio executives. He has worked extensively in the asset management and professional services space as well. David began his career at Bear Stearns.
