Managing Director Louise Hogan Expands ZRG’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Expertise in Australia

Rochelle Park, NJ, June 15, 2023 – ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, today adds Louise Hogan as Managing Director. Joining the firm’s global Healthcare and Life Sciences practices, she will collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic talent solutions that ultimately deliver improved business and patient outcomes.

Louise brings more than 30 years of relevant industry and executive search experience to her role, including engagements for private equity-owned growth companies; venture capital-backed biotechnology organizations; and other global entities. Before joining ZRG, she held the roles of Senior Client Partner and Head of Life Science and Healthcare Services Australia, Korn Ferry and Principal, Heidrick & Struggles, each for four years.

Earlier in her career, Louise acquired pertinent commercialization experience in biotechnology and life sciences serving as VP Asia Pacific with INC Research (now Syneos Health) and GSK Australia, where she held senior leadership roles across corporate strategy, business development, project management office, marketing, and sales management. Louise was instrumental in leading GSK’s “Alternate Futures” scenario planning project, the findings of which she leveraged at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic to the benefit of both clients and candidates.
