Karl-Heinz Seul Adds Risk Management, Quantitative Analytics, and IT Expertise to ZRG’s Financial Services Practice as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 18, 2022 – ZRG, a growing US-based talent advisory firm, today announces the addition of Karl-Heinz Seul as Managing Director. Karl previously worked for several well-known financial services executive search firms, including Correlate Search and Ernst & Young Global Employment Solutions, primarily placing talent in the EMEA region. He joins the Financial Services Practice, bringing over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Within his search practice, Karl has focused on placing Quantitative Analytics, Risk Management, and other technology professionals within Financial Services and Fintech firms. More specifically, he has successfully filled senior roles in the areas of Financial Engineering, Performance and Risk Measurement Analytics, Quantitative Software and Portfolio Development, Model Validation, Research & Development, and Pricing Models, in addition to recruiting for many Quant Analyst roles.
