John McFarland Joins ZRG’s Healthcare and Not-For-Profit & Education Practice Groups as Managing Director
Rochelle Park, NJ, November 11, 2020 – ZRG, recognized as the fastest-growing global executive search firm, today adds John McFarland as Managing Director. Based in Atlanta, John has completed successful C-suite and executive leadership assignments for both member-driven nonprofit organizations and a range of healthcare organizations. In particular, he has placed Presidents and CEOs, Vice Presidents, Chief Officers, and mid-level managers within independent hospitals, health systems, health-related nonprofit organizations, and more.
John views trust and understanding as the foundation of his longstanding and successful client partnerships. In his role prior to ZRG, he led and executed more than 100 senior-level searches for nonprofit and healthcare organizations, and he previously provided management support to large health systems and other noteworthy clients as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice.
John gained his first operational leadership experience as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. During his time in service, he commanded at the company level, served two tours of duty in combat, received the Bronze star medal, and ultimately rose to the rank of Captain.
