Food & Beverage Expert Isvaldo “Issy” Perez Joins ZRG’s Consumer and Retail Practices

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 14, 2020 – ZRG, recognized earlier this year as the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced today the addition of Isvaldo “Issy” Perez as Managing Director. Having previously led companies throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, Issy brings his Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Food & Beverage experience to the firm’s Consumer and Retail practice groups.

Now a proven search professional, Issy is a former industry executive known for his influence and enthusiastic collaboration. He specializes in C-suite placements, having identified and recruited executives for sales, marketing, and general management roles. His strategic and problem-solving acumen, as well as his wealth of personal commercial experience, enable him to identify, attract, and ultimately hire the best candidates.

Issy’s previous search experience includes tenures as President & CEO at Kincannon & Reed and search consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Consumer practice. Before entering the world of search, he held senior executive positions with PepsiCo/Frito Lay, Kraft Foods/Nabisco, and Britvic North America. Issy has a strong track record of building businesses and sales teams for CPG companies; he doubled sales revenues at Britvic and received both the President’s Award and Ewing Award for his work with Kraft Foods/Nabisco and Frito Lay, respectively.
