Based in London, Dom has a strong professional base in both the UK and US. Dom’s successful placements include territorial and sales leaders, general managers, and senior executives in the areas of regulatory affairs, marketing, portfolio and product development, and more. Dom began his professional career working in the Royal Airforce. Prior to ZRG, he worked for a global boutique search firm with a focus on agricultural markets and life sciences, helping to grow the company in both revenue and staff to become a recognized leader in global crop inputs.
