Darcio Crespi Joins ZRG Brazil, Adding Board and Industrial Expertise

Rochelle Park, NJ, December 16, 2020 – ZRG, recently named the fastest-growing global executive search firm, welcomes Darcio Crespi as Managing Director. Darcio will work in the firm’s São Paolo office, bringing general board and CEO expertise as well as a successful track record in the Industrial, Energy, Agriculture, and Logistics sectors.

Darcio has held managerial, consulting, and executive-level positions throughout his career. Prior to joining ZRG Brazil, he spent over 20 years as a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles. In addition to participating in and leading the construction of the company and its brand in Brazil, he was a member of the Global Professional Services Practice, leader of the Industry and Energy Practice for Latin America, and a director responsible for the company’s operations in the Southern Cone.

Earlier, he served as Director Brazil and Latin America and global leader of the Strategy Practice for Arthur D. Little (ADL) Inc., a global management consulting company, from 1984 to 1998. In this post, he focused on business strategy, organization, corporate finance, and restructuring and operational efficiency.
