Brad McLane Joins ZRG to Head Marketing Officers Practice
Rochelle Park, NJ, July 30, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, today announced the addition of executive search specialist Brad McLane. Joining the Consumer Goods and Service Practice as Managing Director, he will also lead the firm’s Marketing Officers Practice. Brad will be based in ZRG’s Chicago office.
With over 20 years in executive search, Brad has successfully completed more than 400 searches. His recently filled roles include CEO, Board Member, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. His primary focus is on senior-level assignments for consumer product clients and senior marketing roles for financial services, healthcare, technology, industrial, and nonprofit clients.
Prior to ZRG, Brad led both the Marketing Officers and Consumer practices at RSR Partners. He has also led the Global Head of the Marketing Officers Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to entering executive search, Brad’s career included roles at Price Waterhouse, Ralston Purina, Coca-Cola, and Petrolon Inc. He also co-founded and served as President for AccuTraffic.com.
