Blayne O’Hara Joins ZRG as Global Financial Officers Practice Co-Lead

Rochelle Park, NJ, June 20, 2022 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global talent advisory firm, today announces the addition of Blayne O’Hara as Managing Director and Co-Lead of the Global Financial Officers Practice. Blayne has amassed a strong network of private equity-backed, privately held, and listed organizations through his extensive track record of successful CFO appointments.

Blayne regularly supports and advises boards, CEOs, and investors across a number of sectors. Previously, he established and led the US & UK CFO practice for a boutique search firm, and earlier, he poised another boutique firm for several years of impressive revenue growth. Blayne has also led senior-level searches in the areas of financial services and alternative investment for global search firms CTPartners and Korn Ferry.

While the majority of Blayne’s search execution has been in North America and Europe, he has also been based in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. He has served financial services and insurance, industrials, private equity, venture capital, and sovereign wealth funds and partnered with FMCG, defense, TMT, and retail companies as well.
