Angela's career journey began as a commercial leader, where she honed her skills in understanding business strategy and driving performance. She then transitioned into talent management executive roles, where she partnered with executives and management teams to plan, select, develop, and inspire high-performing workforces.

Prior to joining ZRG, Angela held key roles at another professional services firm specializing in executive search and consulting. She brings a wealth of commercial leadership experience from her time at Cargill, the world's largest privately held company, and sales and marketing leadership roles at Estée Lauder companies. Angela began her career as a merchant at Target Corporation, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations.
