Alister Wellesley Joins ZRG as Managing Partner and Leader for the Middle East & North Africa Region

With an illustrious career spanning executive search, advisory services, and strategic consultancy, Alister brings a wealth of expertise in Technology, FinTech, Digital, Telecoms, and Cyber Security to his new role.

Prior to joining ZRG, Alister served as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where he led the Technology, FinTech, and Cyber Security Executive Search Practice in MENA. His tenure was marked by significant contributions to expanding Korn Ferry's consulting services globally.

Before his time at Korn Ferry, Alister founded Digital Times Transformation (DTT), an esteemed advisory and human capital management firm specializing in digital transformation, innovation, and cybersecurity. Under his leadership, DTT became a trusted advisor at the board level, providing strategic guidance on organizational development and risk management.

Alister's entrepreneurial spirit also led him to establish Morgan Howard, a premier executive search consultancy, where he served as Global Managing Partner. Through his strategic vision, Morgan Howard achieved rapid international expansion, establishing a strong presence in the global talent market.
