Wendy Murphy has been a trusted advisor to HR leaders for over 25 years. Prior to ZRG, she worked with Heidrick & Struggles, RSR Partners, Korn Ferry, and ODI International.
She places candidates in HR leadership, including CHROs and their direct reports, CEOs, and Board Directors across numerous industry verticals. She has expertise in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrial, Professional Services, Sports, and Consulting industries in particular.
Wendy is a highly collaborative partner, who encourages the leaders in her network to achieve a better understanding of their purpose in work and in life. She completed her undergraduate education at Louisiana State University and has been a board member of The Stony Brook School, Princeton Faith & Work Initiative, and BIONIC.
