Professional Profile
Natalie Sleiman joined ZRG as Managing Director in 2022 as the EMEA lead for the firm’s Professional & Tech Services practice.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining ZRG, Natalie led as Partner, Head of Technology & Professional Services for MENA. Passionate about the tech startup scene and its disruptive potential, Natalie embraced emerging technology and innovation in multiple advisory capacities, and she continues to follow and support the startup ecosystem in the Middle East. She has a special interest in supporting female-founded tech startups and heads the Middle East chapter of She Loves Tech (NGO), dubbed as the world’s largest Women in Tech pitch competition.

An executive search consultant, Certified Executive Leadership Assessor, and Certified Practitioner in Organizational Culture Transformation, Natalie has had the opportunity to influence the Talent and Leadership growth story of many organizations in the Middle East. She has specialized experience in successful placements of CxO/senior leadership roles within Technology, Advisory, and PAAS-growth stage companies.
Education
Natalie earned her Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2014 and in August 2021, was elected President of the INSEAD Alumni Association in the UAE, In this position, she works with her Executive Committee to create impact for good, deepen local ties with both the public and private sector in the UAE and build global bridges with INSEAD’s industry-led clubs worldwide through events and networking opportunities.
Hobbies and Interests
Natalie is a continuous knowledge seeker, a scuba dive master, ex-skydiver, recent Cross-fit enthusiast, and mom of two young Lego master builders.
