Louise is a leadership and culture specialist with a passion for driving behavioral change within organizations. She is well-versed in shaping solutions to business and people challenges and has a particular interest in aiding companies to adapt in a rapidly evolving digital, VUCA world.
Louise brings to the table over 15 years of extensive experience. She has provided her expertise to both global blue-chip organizations and start-ups.
Her culture change prowess is evidenced by the delivery of over 70 successful leadership, team, and culture assessment and development programmes. More recently, she has specialised in creating digital cultural change and driving adoption of peer learning technologies, signaling her keen adaptation to modern modes of organizational culture transformation.
As a program designer and engagement manager on numerous multi-year leadership and talent programs, Louise has helped achieve results such as 20% of participants being promoted within 6 months and increases in talent retention. She led a leadership assessment and development program for the top 450 EGMs/GMs of a major bank to build talent bench-strength. In addition, she has supported over 100 leaders as a coach, where she has specialised in helping managers progress into more senior roles.
