Based in our Chicago office, Brad McLane leads our Marketing and Growth Officers practice. In a career spanning nearly 30 years, Brad has also worked with RSR Partners, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Egon Zehnder International.
Brad works mainly with clients placing President, CMO, CCO, SVP Marketing, Head of digital marketing, Head of brand transformation, and SVP Sales roles. He has special expertise in FMCG Food and Beverage and concentrates mainly on the marketing leaders listed above across industry verticals.
Brad holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He was formerly elected to New Trier High School Board of Education and Winnetka Park District and has been a past president of numerous local volunteer boards. Brad helped to launch RSR Partners as well as his three children.
